A. We subscribe to the Affiliate Tracking Network (ATN) We have chosen
to use their system to track references that ultimately result in software
sales after checking with several of their customers, evaluating their system
for accuracy and ease-of-use for ourselves and our associates, and convincing
ourselves that it is secure. Rest assured that we are using very sophisticated
software that is in use by many affiliate programs worldwide. This software
tabulates and tracks the source of all orders processed at our website.
It also allows both of us to stay informed about all orders. Being independent,
i.e., not run by us, should also provide you with extra confidence about
the accuracy of the data.
ATN provides YOU with a specially formatted URL that you will use to

Even if the customer pays by check through the mail or orders by phone,
we request that they complete an order form at our web page so you will
