Q.    Does Fast-Flex Plus come with an Operator's Manual that explains how the software and flexible spending accounts work?

A.  YES!  Once Fast-Flex Plus is installed on your computer, its on-line, printable User's Manual will be found at C:\Program Files\FFPRO4\MANUAL.PDF.  The manual is in Adobe's Acrobat Reader "*.PDF" format, so you will need to double-click it with Windows Explorer to load it into the Adobe Acrobat Reader. From there you can read it and print it.  If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, a free download is available at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html

In addition to providing important information regarding the proper set-up and operation of our software for administering pre-tax benefit plans, the manual also provides information about the purpose and general operation of pre-tax benefit plans that you can share with plan participants and sponsors.
