Pricing and Ordering Information
There is no charge or license fee to download the
fully-working TPA edition of Fast-Flex Plus for Sec 125 "Flex plan"
administration. Once downloaded and installed on your hardware, it will
operate for 90 days without any cost to you. After this free 90-day trial,
you can either:
1) Discontinue using Fast-Flex Plus with no obligation of any kind.
2) OR enter our special FREE permanent access code (123456789) if your organization has 10 or fewer employees.
(May require you to update your software.)
3) OR choose between three economical purchase options:
1. "Pay-As-You-Go" Option
You can use Fast-Flex Plus forever on a "pay-as-you go" basis
to administer the flexible spending plans for unlimited companies and unlimited
plan participants. The "pay-as-you-go" option has a usage fee
of $1.00 per each flexible spending account reimbursement check printed.
This amount is billed to you quarterly, with a $75.00 minimum charge per
quarter.
In "pay-as-you-go mode", Fast-Flex Plus will automatically
issue you an invoice AFTER you have had it for 60 days. If you like the
software, you can choose to pay this invoice by the 90th day for an access
code that will give you another 3 months of uniterrupted usage. After the
next 60 days of usage, another invoice will be automatically issued to charge
you according to the number of reimbursement checks that you have printed.
If paid, another 3-month access code will be provided. This process can
continue for as long as you choose. You simply purchase a new access code
every 3 months.
Remember, there is no hidden cost or obligation on your part to continue
using Fast-Flex Plus!! You can quit using Fast-Flex Plus at any time
and owe us nothing! You don't even have to remove or return the software.
2. "Annual Subscription" Option
Alternatively, you may choose to subscribe to Fast-Flex Plus one year
at a time. Under this annually renewable subscription option, your check
printing capabilities are unlimited. That is, you can issue as many flexible
spending account reimbursement checks as you want with no incremental "per
check" cost.
3. "Outright Purchase" Option
You can purchase Fast-Flex Plus outright. With this option, you pay just
once and are provided with a permanent Fast-Flex Plus access code. There
are no incremental "per check" charges.
If you choose either the "Outright Purchase" or the "Annual
Subscription" option, three versions of Fast-Flex Plus are available
to meet your needs. (Note: the "Pay-as-you-go" option gives you
the Third-party Administrator version, as described below.)
The Regular and Small Employer versions are for administering
the benefit plans for a single company. The Small Employer
version handles up to 25 benefit plan participants. The Regular
Employer version has no limit on plan participants.
The Third-Party Administrator (TPA) version is for
multiple company administration with no limit on the number of companies
administered or the number of participants in each company.
Note: Regardless of how you choose to pay, customers of all versions
are entitled to free unlimited support and software upgrades as they become
available.
